Road ride as I wanted to get the miles in as training for our trip to Brecon in a couple of weeks time. We are building up for the hONC in April too. I did 54 miles to Aylesbury, on my tod as the club just wanted to potter round the pond and up to Cranfield.

It was really hard going into the wind. I was struggling to hold 16mph. Head down chin in the stem. Not very interesting but hard. My legs ache now. Some guy in a black Jag estate tried to kill me by pulling out in front of me. I had to swerve the wrong side of a bollard to miss him. Found a nice route back, thro Swanbourne and to Woburn.
